Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
However, you may still request a return or size exchange after delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Orders with the following cannot be cancelled:

Custom name/number printing

Custom design skinsuits

Bulk orders made specifically for teams/clubs

Any personalized or altered item
Since these are specially made for you, cancellation is not possible after processing.
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed:

Incorrect size/design by mistake
Contact us immediately within 6 hours. We will help you modify or cancel the order (if still unprocessed).
5. Cancellation by DeMagno
DeMagno reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as:

Incomplete or unverifiable address

Payment not received (for prepaid orders)

Unserviceable delivery location

Unexpected inventory issues
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
