Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only when:

A product delivered is defective and cannot be exchanged
A product is out of stock after payment
Wrong product received

Refunds are not applicable for:

Size issues (exchange available)
Customized items
Minor color differences due to screen display

2. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned item is inspected.
Refund will be made via the original payment method or UPI as preferred.

3. Exchange Process

Size exchanges are allowed (non-custom items only).
Customer pays the return shipping unless the item is defective.
