Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only when:

  • A product delivered is defective and cannot be exchanged

  • A product is out of stock after payment

  • Wrong product received

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Size issues (exchange available)

  • Customized items

  • Minor color differences due to screen display


2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Refund will be made via the original payment method or UPI as preferred.


3. Exchange Process

  • Size exchanges are allowed (non-custom items only).

  • Customer pays the return shipping unless the item is defective.
